Our compassionate and experienced team is here to provide a positive patient experience for you on every visit.

LAURIE – Office Manager

Laurie joined the practice in 1993 as a Surgical Assistant and has advanced through the years into her current role as Office Manager. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. She especially enjoys getting to know patients and hearing about their families, milestones, and adventures.

Outside of the office, Laurie enjoys cooking, gardening, swimming, and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

CHRISTINE – Receptionist

As the patient coordinator, Christine greets our patients with warmth and understanding. Christine has been a Naperville resident since 1985 and brings 30 years of strong customer service experience with her to Naperville Perio. Prior to joining our staff in 2015, she worked in the real estate sector and for a local orthodontist as a customer service specialist. Christine values meaningful interactions and enjoys assisting each patient.

Christine enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Rudy the Wonderdog—her faithful companion. She is an avid walker, expert flower gardener, great cook, and an overall handywoman!

PAM – Receptionist

Pam has worked more than 20 years in the medical and dental fields. Initially, she was a pharmacy technician for 8 years. After that, Pam worked as a medical receptionist. For the past 13 years, Pam has been working as a dental receptionist. She has an excellent understanding of insurance intricacies.

Pam has one daughter who works as a dental assistant. In her spare time, Pam enjoys watching NASCAR racing and football. She also enjoys snowmobiling.

DIANE – Lead Dental Assistant

Diane has been a Dental Assistant for nearly 30 years and has proudly served as Dr. Cascino’s Lead Dental Assistant for almost nine years. She enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease throughout their dental treatment.

Diane is certified in coronal polishing, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation. She is committed to continuing her education and staying current with the latest advances in dental technology and patient care.

Outside of the office, Diane enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, reading and spending time with her rescue cat Moxie. She is also a talented cake artist who enjoys designing and creating beautiful cakes for her friends and family.

KAREN I. – Registered Dental Hygienist

Karen graduated from Northwestern University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Throughout most of her career, Karen has worked in periodontal specialty practices. She enjoys educating patients to help them understand and improve their oral health. Karen prides herself in building strong relationships with patients while providing a gentle touch.

Karen enjoys cooking and baking. She enjoys spending time with her family including attending her son’s hockey games!

JESSICA – Registered Dental Hygienist

Jessica received her degree in dental hygiene from Prairie State College in 2005. She enjoys staying current by regularly attending continuing education courses. Jessica is passionate about oral health. Her goal is to provide the highest standard of care for her patients. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys Hunter and Logan, and their rescued dog Emma.

KATHY – Receptionist

Kathy has been in the dental field for 15 years. She has experience with both front desk and assisting. She has excellent communication skills and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and informed.

When she is not in the office Kathy enjoys gardening, walking, camping and spending time with her husband two sons and their amazing cat Esther!

BECKY – Administrative Assistant

Becky joined the Naperville Perio team in April 2022. She has 37 years of dental experience as a certified dental assistant as well as a licensed dental hygienist. Initially Becky worked at Naperville Perio as the hygiene coordinator/assistant. Because of her knowledge and expertise, she had a positive impact regarding patient care.

Today, Becky performs administrative duties including assisting patients with scheduling appointments and answering both dental and insurance related questions. Becky is also certified to administrator nitrous oxide, which helps to reduce dental anxiety. She strives to offer patients a positive and pleasant experience in all aspects of the dental experience.

Besides spending time relaxing with her husband Don, family and friends, Becky also enjoys long walks with Ruby, their English Labrador.

MARIA

Maria has been working in the dental field for five years and brings experience in both front office administration and chairside assisting. Maria enjoys caring for her patients and helping them feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive experience for each patient.

Outside of the office, Maria enjoys spending quality time and making memories with her daughter and family. In her free time, she loves shopping and cooking.
